Hi, I’m Jess… also known as The Little Business Fairy.
I’m a social media strategist, business coach and community builder, and I’m passionate about helping women build businesses that actually work for them.
I help women to not just look good online… but feel aligned, confident and profitable behind the scenes too.

more than just social media
What I’ve built goes far beyond social media.
I run Fierce Women, a networking community designed to bring women together in a way that feels supportive, relaxed and genuinely empowering. No cliques, no pressure, just real connections and real conversations. This networking for women in business can be found in Stamford, Peterborough, Rutland, Grantham, Bourne and Leicestershire.
I’ve also created The Stamford Attic, an office, co-working, content and event space. This is where women in business can work, create content and grow alongside each other. A space designed for collaboration, confidence and big ideas. Because business shouldn’t feel lonely.
why i do this
I care deeply about supporting women in every way, not just in business.
Alongside my work, I regularly raise money and support for women in refuges, helping provide essentials, comfort and a reminder that they’re not alone. Last year alone, we raised over £3000 for women in need.
Because success isn’t just about what we build… it’s about how we show up for others along the way.
